We are looking for a KAM Team Lead to take responsibility for our existing paying clients. You will focus on decreasing our churn rate and helping your team reach certain goals in sales. Our marketing, design, and content team will help you along the way providing any support and materials needed.
What will you need to be successful:
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably with managing experience
- High communication skills and understanding of the local market
- Prior experience in IT/banking/Insurance/IP telephony market or with subscription-based service
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English
- Proven track record of growing sales
- Ability to work independently, with no micromanagement needed
