WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EMAIL DELIVERABILITY TECHNICAL LEAD

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop tools to resolve ESP deliverability issues.
- Segment users for different user-flows to maximize revenue and minimize ESP risks.
- Implement best practices for email authentication.
- Prioritize the backlog based on the understanding of impact versus effort.
- Create and manage a deliverability department within the company.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in solving deliverability issues in ESP for Western markets.
- Experience managing a team of 2-3 developers and QA in agile development methods.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing commercial products using one or more stacks (PHP/Java/Go).
