Hi there, it is Selzy – an international email-marketing rocket that is helping businesses of any size to increase their sales by setting up campaigns using our platform.
We have established our presence in Paphos and are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team.

What this position is about:

• Providing personalized administrative support to the business owner and family members (70%)
• Running ad-hoc projects of the company (15% of the time)
• Supporting office needs (10%)
• Assisting companies` employees if needed (~5%)

What do you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of experience working as a personal assistant (a must)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Asana, or Trello
• Ability and experience to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism (a must)
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
• Fluent English
