Hello everyone, it is Selzy – an international email-marketing rocket. We are growing our global presence and are looking for a Middle Project Manager to lead our website development. You will be managing the expectations of different team members, prioritizing tasks, and making sure everything is delivered according to plan and estimated timelines.
What you will be responsible for:
- Quarter task planning regarding the improvement of our website
- Gather technical and business requirements from team leads and stakeholders
- Development and further improvement of web components (both backend & frontend)
- Monitoring of key metrics and creating follow-ups
- Monitor and report current progress using a variety of tools (Jira/Confluence/internal system)
What you need to be successful:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager leading website development/improvement activities
- Experience in managing a few teams completely remotely
- Understanding of development lifecycle and basics of marketing processes (SEO, CPC)
- Strong communicational, negotiation skills and ability to work independently
